For each accepted paper, at least one of the authors should complete the author registration before May 30, 2026; other participants can register by July 30, 2026. If there is any question about the registration, please do not hesitate to email tase2026@126.com.

About Payment

We provide bank transfer to complete the payment, please select an appropriate way to do this:

  • For the participants outside Chinese Mainland, and payment can ONLY be in US dollars at payment link.

About VISA

Attendees from most countries will be required to obtain a visa to enter the People's Republic of China. Attendees can apply for a Chinese visa through a travel agency or directly at the nearest Chinese embassy.

You may need an invitation letter to get a visa in the nearest Chinese Embassy/Consulate. To get the invitation letter, please email tase2026@126.com and provide:

  • Full Name (exactly as in your passport)
  • Passport Number
  • Your Nationality
  • The dates you expect to arrive and depart China

We will email you the signed letter which will state the conference name, the duration of the conference, your detailed correspondence that will be extracted from your enquiry.
